I’m Anne Thompson, the EA Mentor. My mission is to help EAs master Workflow Alchemy—turning the chaos of executive support into a high-performance engine, while reclaiming the time to enjoy the ride.

With over two decades of experience supporting high-level leaders at organizations like Amazon, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, and Swedish Medical Center, I’ve navigated the complexities of global operations across 14 countries.
